The honorary publicity secretary of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Kogi State Branch who doubles as the Principle Partner of John Eniwaiye & Co. (Estate Surveyors, Valuers & Auctioneers firm) ESV Eniwaiye John, gave the charge at a one-day training and capacity building for members of Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (AEAN) in Lokoja on Saturday. While delivering his lecture titled “ethics of estate agency practice”, Eniwaiye said estate agency practice, which is one of the professional services of estate surveying and valuation, require adequate knowledge and continuing capacity development.
