A Message of Appreciation and Vision for the Noble Profession.

A Message of Appreciation and Vision for the Noble Profession.

I am filled with joy and pride as I reflect on the March Branch general monthly meeting, where I was physically absent due to national engagement aimed at expanding the noble profession. I had the privilege of viewing the meeting where a warm reception was held to honour an ever serving leader/elder of the Branch. Your contribution, presence and participation are a testament to your passion for this profession and your desire to motivate the young Estate Surveyors and Valuers [ESVs], graduate members and students.

As I look into the future, I am excited to share my vision for the Branch, which includes raising a new generation of professionals who will take the banner of honesty and devotion beyond Kogi State. I believe that with the support of our elders, fellows, mentors, and members, we can achieve great things.

I would like to express my gratitude to our Pioneering Branch Chairman, ESV Ekundayo Ayodele FNIVS, for his tireless efforts in mentoring and guiding us. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping the profession, and we are grateful for his dedication. Your continued support, guidance and commitment paid off. May those powerful prayers receive heavenly attention.

My appreciation will not be complete without recognising all elders present during this month's March meeting. We're super proud of you all.

Likewise to all those who contributed financially towards making the mini reception a huge success. More outstanding wins and money in your bank accounts.

To all past executive members, your efforts in the past and present are duly helpful and noted. Much appreciated! My

Our key initiatives and goals for the Branch include:

Branch Secretariat building project: We aim to commission the Branch Secretariat building project on or before the 2026/2027 Annual General Meeting.

Catch them young school initiatives: we plan to reach out to over 2,000 students from Primary to tertiary institutions within Kogi State to educate them on the profession of Estate Management and Valuation by the end of 2026.

Stakeholders engagement and seminars: To engage with stakeholders and organize seminars to promote the profession and foster collaboration.

Advocacy and quest for collaboration: We aim to advocate for collaboration, partnership, and synergy with the State government in various areas.

To prioritise competencies and professionalism: To prioritize competencies and professionalism amongst members to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.

Call to Action

I, on behalf of the Executive members, invite all members to join the 2025/2027 Executive committee members in achieving these goals and making our Branch a model for others. Together, we can build a brighter future for our profession and make a lasting impact. I seek your support and prayers as we embark on this journey.

In conclusion, on behalf of the Executive members, I would like to express my gratitude to our members, elders, fellows and mentors for their support and guidance. I am confident that with our collective efforts, we can achieve great things and make our Branch a success.

Thank you, and may God bless us all.

Best regards

Signed
